All transactions processed through Transactpay are final and non-cancellable once completed.Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, failed transaction, or technical error attributable to Transactpay.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.Successful transactions and user errors are non-refundable.
